How it fits together

A website brings the enquiry in. Something has to happen next.

Three layers, in the order a business usually needs them. Each one is useful on its own; together they are the difference between a business that looks organised and one that is.

Layer one

The website a customer sees

It loads fast on a phone at a worksite, answers the three questions every enquiry asks, and puts a way to make contact next to each answer. This is the part most businesses stop at.

Layer two

The application your staff use

Behind the site sits the work: orders, approvals, bookings, stock, incidents. When that lives in a spreadsheet and a group chat, growth means hiring administration. When it lives in one application, it does not.

Layer three

The workflow between them

An enquiry arrives, gets validated, meets your rules, triggers an action, and leaves a record. Every step someone used to do by hand is a step that used to be forgotten.

Workflow automation
  1. Trigger

A form, a booking, a stock level, a scheduled time.

  2. Validation

Check the data is complete and plausible before it moves.

  3. Business Rules

Your thresholds, approvals and routing — written down.

  4. Action

Notify, create, update, sync or escalate.

  5. Audit Record

What happened, when, and on whose authority.

The result

A business that runs on less admin

The customer got an answer. The staff member did not have to chase it. The manager can see what happened without asking anyone. That is the whole point of the three layers.

Selected work

Case studies, with honest labels.

Some of this is live, some is still being built, and some is our own product. Every card says which — you will not find a concept dressed up as a delivered project.

Process

Seven stages. No surprises in the middle.

The same sequence whether the project is a one-page site or a multi-site platform. What changes is how long each stage takes, not whether it happens.

  1. Discover

Understand the business before proposing anything.

  2. Plan

Agree scope, structure and price before design starts.

  3. Design

Design the pages or screens people will actually use.

  4. Build

Build in working increments, not one long silence.

  5. Test

Test the things that break quietly.

  6. Launch

    Go live without a gap.

  7. Support

Keep it working as the business changes.

Pricing

Published prices for the things that can be priced.

Websites and support plans have real numbers. Applications and automation are quoted after discovery, because a fixed price before we understand the data model would be a guess with a decimal point.

All prices are in AUD and exclude GST. Final pricing depends on scope, integrations, security requirements and project complexity.

Let’s build something that makes your business easier to run.
